We Believethat God is the Creator, Sustainer, and Righteous Ruler of the universe. He has revealed Himself in nature, and in the Holy Bible as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - yet as one God.

We Believethat Jesus Christ is God’s one and only Son. The Word of God teaches that He is God revealed in flesh. He was once crucified for man’s sin, is now the risen and glorified Savior and Lord who mediates between God and man. None can come to the Father except through Him.

We Believethat all of the attributes of God are ascribed to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts and convinces men of their sin and convinces men of that which is right. He abides in us at conversion to guide our understanding of Scriptures and to lead us into the truth.

We BelieveGod used holy men to write the Scriptures. The Old and New Testaments are without error and are our only rule of faith and practice.

We BelieveGod created Adam and Eve in a state of innocence. They were tempted by Satan, willfully disobeyed God, and became a sinner incurring God’s judgment upon sin. All of Adam’s descendants (including us) inherit his fallen nature and thus have a natural inclination to sin.

We Believeman receives pardon and forgiveness for his sins when he admits to God that he is a sinner and in godly sorrow turns from his sins and trusts in the work of Christ for his redemption. This salvation requires belief in Jesus Christ’s death on the cross as man’s substitute and that God raised Him from the dead. This salvation is by grace alone and not of our own works.

We Believeit is God’s desire that all should be saved. That man is given the freedom of choice and God only saves those who willfully repent of their sin and believe in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ.

We Believethere are three ordinances for the church to practice: Baptism by immersion, the Lord’s Supper, and the Washing of the Saints’ feet.

We Believe

that Jesus commanded the church to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every race.
